This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases from House of Staffie Interiors, unless stated otherwise.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at House of Staffie Interiors. We strive to offer refunds, repairs, and replacements in compliance with the Nigerian Consumer Law and the terms outlined in this Policy. The benefits mentioned in this Policy may complement your rights as a consumer under the Nigerian Consumer Law. We encourage you to read this Policy before making a purchase to fully understand your rights and what to expect in case you are dissatisfied with your purchase.

Nigerian Consumer Law
According to the Nigerian Consumer Law:

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. In the event of a major service failure, you are entitled to:
Cancel your service contract with us, and
Receive a refund for the unused portion or compensation for its reduced value.
For major failures with goods, you can choose between a refund or replacement. If the failure does not constitute a major failure, you have the right to expect the goods to be rectified within a reasonable time. If this does not happen, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and can cancel the service contract to obtain a refund for any unused portion. You may also be eligible for reasonable compensation for any other foreseeable loss or damage resulting from the failure of the goods or service.
We provide refunds, repairs, and replacements in accordance with the Nigerian Consumer Law, which includes a set of Consumer Guarantees designed to protect consumers when purchasing products and services.

If the Nigerian Consumer Law applies, we cannot circumvent the Consumer Guarantees it provides.

If a product or service you purchased from House of Staffie Interiors experiences a major failure (as defined in the Nigerian Consumer Law), you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. You may also be eligible for compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage resulting from that major failure.

If a product or service you purchased from House of Staffie Interiors experiences a failure that does not constitute a major failure (as defined in the Nigerian Consumer Law), you may still be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.

Change of Mind
Please note that we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or find the same product or service at a lower price elsewhere.

All Deposits
All deposits, including commissions and holding deposits, are non-refundable. We kindly request that you ensure your full commitment to purchasing our pieces at House of Staffie Interiors before submitting any deposits.

Products Damaged During Delivery
If a product you ordered from House of Staffie Interiors is damaged during delivery:

Please contact us immediately.
Return the damaged product in the same condition you received it, including any packaging and accompanying items.
We will arrange for the repair, replacement, or refund of the damaged product if you contact us within the specified time from the date of delivery: Day of Delivery
If you notice that the package has been damaged upon delivery, do not sign for the package or accept it. Instead, contact us immediately.

Exceptions
While we strive to provide excellent service, there may be circumstances where we refuse to provide a repair, replacement, or refund for a product or service you purchased if:

The product was misused, causing the issue.
You were aware of the problem(s) with the product or service before purchasing it.
You requested a service to be performed or alterations to a product against our advice, or if there was ambiguity regarding your preferences.
Other exceptions apply as defined by the Nigerian Consumer Law.


Shipping Costs for Returns

If a product you purchased fails to meet one or more Consumer Guarantees under the Nigerian Consumer Law, we will cover the cost of shipping the returned product (the “Returned Product”) back to us, as well as the cost of shipping any replacement product to you.

If the Returned Product can be easily posted or returned, you are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs. If the returned Product is eligible for repair, replacement, or refund under the terms of this Policy (including under the Nigerian Consumer Law), we will reimburse you for the reasonable postage, shipping, or transportation costs.
If the Returned Product is large, heavy, or difficult to be returned by you and is believed to be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund under the terms of this Policy (including under the Nigerian Consumer Law), we will arrange and cover the postage, shipping, transportation, or collection of the Returned Product at our expense.
In the event that we organize and pay for the inspection, postage, shipping, transportation, or collection of a Returned Product, and it is found not to be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund under the terms of this Policy (including under the Nigerian Consumer Law), you will be required to bear the costs of any inspection, postage, shipping, transportation, or collection of the Returned Product.
Response Time
We strive to process requests for repairs, replacements, or refunds within 20 working days upon receiving them.

How to Return Products

Please contact us using the contact details provided at the end of this Policy to initiate a return.
Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original purchase or to the same account or credit/debit card used for the original purchase, unless otherwise determined at our sole discretion.
To be eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement, you must provide proof of purchase.
In some cases, you may be required to present a government-issued identification document to be eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement.
